7 weeks old

Can you believe she is already 7 weeks old? She is definitely growing and is so much fun as now she is starting to really smile!

The Hummer's had a going away party for Dave- one of Scott's academy buddies- He is going to be deployed to Kuwait- leaving on the 28th for Indiana, and then shortly after that for the Middle East. Good luck, Dave, we'll be thinking about you AND your girls while you are away! Be careful!!

Last day of T-Ball

Well, Norah finished off her T-Ball season this morning and I can honestly say I was quite impressed with her improvement! She began the season with no being able to really even hit the ball, she usually would hit the T, and then would "prance" to first base. This morning, she consistently hit the ball - not the T - solid, and it went straight between 1st and 2nd base. She hustled to first base, too. Way to go Norah! I do have to say, though, that the second pic in this series is the epitome of 3 & 4 year old T-Ball- when they're done, they are DONE! Sitting on the field, relaxing, and waiting for the game to be finished was what these kids- and some of their parents- thought was ok!
