Scott - and Dan and Jason - finished a mini-triathalon - it was a .25 mile swim, 4 mile bike ride, and 2 mile run!! Way to go, guys!!! Jason's wife, Tiffany, also competed, and has just about convinced Scott to continue racing, whether it just be another triathalon or a running race. Stay tuned....

Wow, way to go Scott. That actually sounds like fun and possibly even doable, maybe I should try one? Hey Carrie, remember when we did that 5K?
Heck yeah! Tiffany (Jason's wife) is trying to convince me to do a race again...And Scott is thinking about doing the rock and roll half marathon in January. I have a long ways to go, but running is so good for you - so, I am working on it!
